Under the Colorado Children’s Extensive Services (CES) Waiver, a “community connector” is a support service designed to help children and families access community resources and engage in social activities while working on goals outlined in their individualized service plan. This role involves connecting with clients by exploring local services, programs, and opportunities in the community preferred by the client that promote inclusion, skill development, and overall well-being.
